Drew Millburn was born and raised in Oklahoma and is an alumni of the University of Oklahoma.  He comes from a long line of coaches--including his grandfather, J.C. Millburn, one of the founders of the Arapahoe Youth League (AYL).

He holds the following certifications:

• Certification in Pediatric CPR
  

• Certification in Basic First Aid
  

• Tackle Coaching Certification - USA Football
  

• Youth Coaching Certification - Youth Football USA
  

• Over 80 hours of football coaching training since January 2011
  

He currently coaches youth football in the AYL and also coaches at the high school level.

Drew has personally selected coaches from across the Denver Metro area that not only believe in the FIRE Philosophy, but practice those ideals consistently.

Coaching is a profession of love. You can't coach people unless you love them.
