FIRE Football is designed to TEACH, REINFORCE, & PRACTICE proper fundamentals.

Proper fundamentals are the key to football safety and football success.  Here's how it works:

1. Fundamental technique explanation
2. Proper technique application
3. Detailed technique reinforcement
4. Live simulations

A certified Athletic Trainer will be on location at Junior & Senior weeks.
Hydration breaks are observed without exception.
DEFENSIVE PHILOSOPHY
- Developing defensive stance & start
- Proper tackling fundamentals
- Correct use of hands on defense
- Position-specific recognition and reaction
- Utilizing team defense & communication

OFFENSIVE PHILOSOPHY
- Developing offensive stance & start
- Proper blocking fundamentals
- Intensive position work (OL, RB, WR, QB)
- Working as a "unit"
- Communication and teamwork
