Each athlete will receive a camp T-Shirt, backpack, jump rope, & drill packet as part of their tuition.
FIRE Football is designed to teach, reinforce, and practice proper fundamentals.
Proper fundamentals are the key to football safety and football success.
Hydration breaks will be observed without exception.
The FIRE Football athlete will experience the following progression:
1. Fundamental technique explanation
2. Proper technique application
3. Detailed technique reinforcement
4. Live scrimmages & simulations
DEFENSIVE FIRE: JULY 19 - 22
- Developing defensive stance & start
- Proper tackling fundamentals
- Correct use of hands on defense
- Position-specific recognition and reaction
- Utilizing team defense & communication
OFFENSIVE FIRE: JULY 25 - 28
- Developing offensive stance & start
- Proper blocking fundamentals
- Intensive position work (OL, RB, WR, QB)
- Working as a "unit"
- Live scrimmages

WEEK 2: LIMITED (QB slots are full)
